LIVunLtd is looking for a Senior Director of Business Development to join our team, focused on leading business development and consulting for our Corporate Wellness portfolio.

LIVunLtd is a full-service lifestyle and amenity management company that provides fitness, wellness, concierge, and event programming for residential and commercial properties. Our purpose is to inspire and create happier and healthier moments. As Senior Director of Business Development you will play a key role in supporting this mission by leading the growth & expansion of LIVunLtd’s Corporate Wellness portfolio across North America.

In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities - both in consulting and management - while pursuing strategic relationships with commercial developers, property managers, corporations, and architectural/design firms. Through innovative consulting services and industry partnerships, the Sr Director of Business Development will play a key role in positioning LIVunLtd as a premier provider of corporate wellness strategy and facility management.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand consulting and management services within the corporate wellness market.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across target industries.
  • Lead end-to-end proposal efforts, including pricing strategy and tailored client presentations, to secure new consulting engagements.

Consulting Service Development Support

  • Work closely with LIV’s operating team to ensure the high-quality delivery of consulting assignments.
  • Work with the LIV leadership team to broaden consulting assignments into follow-on LIV services including management, fitness equipment sales and fitness equipment services.
  • Contribute to the development of case studies, capability statements and media content.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for both consulting and management.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, forecasts, and revenue targets.
  • Drive year-over-year growth through a combination of new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with LIV marketing and operations teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent LIV at industry conferences, forums, and business development events.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within real estate or corporate wellness industry
  • 5+ years of experience in national or regional sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics, including customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies to drive growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required to attend events and meet with clients.

COMPENSATION

The Sr Director of Business Development position with LIVunLtd offers a base salary of $120,000-$150,000 per annum, This position is eligible for additional bonus and commission opportunities. The range above is a good faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the actual salary may vary from the estimates provided above.

LOCATION

The Sr Director of Business Development position is a remote based role. The role requires frequent domestic and international travel. Candidates must have primary residence in any of the following states: CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA.
