OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead Marketing Liaison and Admissions teams across facilities in Texas. The role focuses on sustaining referrals, increasing admissions, and meeting census and revenue targets through strategic leadership, training, and collaboration.

You will manage calendars, develop referral sources, analyze market intelligence, and create sales plans, while ensuring high resident satisfaction and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a leadership role in a hospital or long‑term care setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and PCC tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide sales leadership training to Marketing Liaison and Admissions staff to boost admissions and census goals.
• Identify and develop referral sources; educate on services and differentiate from competitors.
• Create Policies and Procedures for the facilities.
• Share market intelligence with Regional Marketing Director and address field concerns.
• Use market data to develop targeted sales actions.
• Manage referral sources to maintain occupancy and skilled mix.
• Oversee facilities calendar: tours, collateral, tour plans, readiness, routing.
• Leverage local referral networks for new referrals.
