Base pay range

$77,000.00/yr - $105,100.00/yr

Location and Travel

Must be located in a Midwestern or Western state to support travel in this region. Travel 2-3 times per month for 2-3 days for meetings and events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute plans to meet quarterly retention and new business growth goals.
  2. Research and maintain account demographics for affiliates, acquiring growth organizations, and hospice organizations.
  3. Manage incoming leads and collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialist for lead development and transition to implementation.
  4. Coordinate responses to RFPs for new business or existing clients in assigned territories.
  5. Increase revenue through account development activities, including prospecting, outreach, and engagement at industry events.
  6. Create and execute re-contracting plans with clients nearing agreement expiry and identify new sales opportunities with existing clients.
  7. Maintain prospect account demographics and document all sales cycle stages in Salesforce.
  8. Achieve and surpass census targets.
  9. Model and educate team members on best practices in prospecting and sales activities.
  10. Provide regular reports on goal attainment, client contacts, and sales data.
  11. Attend relevant meetings and events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Ability to educate hospice staff about Enclara Pharmacia offerings.
  • High-energy, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Mentor team members in sales and business development skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 3 days/week.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and disciplined, able to work from a home office.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • Proven sales or healthcare industry experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
  • CRM platform knowledge required.
Additional Details

This is a remote position; occasional travel to Humana offices may be required.

Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

Pay range: $77,000 - $105,100 per year, with potential commission incentives based on performance.
