OnPay in Atlanta is seeking a Director of Insurance Services to build and lead a team specializing in employee benefits administration. This role will encompass overseeing client accounts, supporting open enrollments, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the SMB space, particularly in benefits brokerage, and proven leadership skills. Offering competitive compensation up to $200k OTE, the position can be performed remotely or from our Atlanta HQ.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in the SMB market, account management, or consulting required.
• 5+ years of benefits brokerage experience required.
• Proven leadership in building and scaling teams for growth.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall vision and strategic plan for the Benefits Support Team.
• Develop processes for accurate client responses regarding benefits.
• Liaise between Benefits Support team, departments, and insurance partners.
