Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of management experience in behavioral health.
• Licensed LMFT or LCSW with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Clinical supervisor requirements must be met as per Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• State employment conditions include fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/health physical; valid CDL and clean driving record.
• Medi-Cal billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Head of Service will manage mental health services for D.I.V.E. Opportunities STRTP and collaborate with social work and childcare services.
• Hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff, including performance management.
• Overseeing the program and budget, including quality assurance and program compliance.
• Managing budgetary and strategic planning for the program.
• Upholding and supervising the Agency’s operational, financial, personnel and practice rules, policies and procedures
