Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline and post-doctoral training or fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead and foster a growing department and system-wide research enterprise.
• Oversee, supervise, and mentor research leaders, faculty, fellows, residents, and students.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and institutional research standards.
• Develop partnerships to elevate behavioral health research regionally and nationally.
• Identify and secure extramural funding from governmental and non-governmental sources.
• Represent the department in national organizations to expand research partnerships.
