Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to join our leadership team and help develop a Behavioral Health Program launching in 2027. The role focuses on clinical leadership, policy development, and guiding program growth in a community-based setting.

This position offers flexible arrangements during the development phase, with a collaborative leadership culture and opportunities for long-term advancement within Maine's healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Maine clinical license (LCSW or LCPC preferred).
• Experience in behavioral health services and clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of MaineCare and Maine behavioral health regulations preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in program development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and developing the 2027 Behavioral Health Program.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance during program development.
• Develop clinical policies, procedures, and service delivery standards.
• Support MaineCare and Maine DHHS regulatory compliance.
• Assist with clinical staffing, training, and supervision.
• Establish quality assurance and clinical documentation processes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on program growth and implementation.
• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
