Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive engineering experience in avionics environments.
• 5 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience leading FAA-certified or military avionics programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams within the Advanced Avionics sector.
• Oversee full product lifecycle development of avionics products.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, DO-178C, and other regulations.
