Job summary
Arriver Software, LLC seeks an experienced Director, Lead Project Engineer for Autonomous Driving platform delivery. You will own end-to-end technical strategy, ensure successful deployment across vehicles, and lead cross-functional teams to meet ambitious program milestones.
You will align engineering objectives with customer commitments, manage risks, and drive execution excellence across AD Stack Delivery, Systems Engineering, and Platform Solutions. Strong leadership is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s or PhD preferred with 7+/6+ years of related experience.
- Experience with Autonomous Driving or ADAS software stacks is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own overall technical strategy, execution, and delivery of large-scale Autonomous Driving customer programs.
- Establish program-level technical objectives, success criteria, and delivery plans.
- Drive alignment of milestones, dependencies, and priorities across organizations.
- Provide executive leadership visibility into technical health and risks.
- Lead cross-functional integration across AD Stack, Systems, Validation, and Platform teams.
