Job summary

QUALCOMM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director, Lead Project Engineer for the Autonomous Driving Platform Delivery. You will own end-to-end program strategy, execution, and delivery from initial engagement through production launch.

You will lead across AD Stack Delivery, Systems Engineering, AD Core Software, Platform Solutions, and partner ecosystems, providing executive-level technical leadership and ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes in complex, cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
Experience with Autonomous Driving or ADAS software stacks is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own overall technical strategy, execution, and delivery of large-scale Autonomous Driving customer programs.
Provide executive leadership visibility into technical health, dependencies, risks, and readiness.
Drive cross-organizational alignment across AD Stack, Systems Engineering, Core Software, Platform Solutions, and partners.
Establish unified execution models and manage cross-functional dependencies and milestones.
Lead deployment readiness and production launch planning for customer programs.
