Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
• Experience with Autonomous Driving or ADAS software stacks.
• Strong knowledge of automotive software platforms, middleware, Linux-based systems, and embedded architectures.
• Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and automotive ecosystem partners.
• Leadership and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own overall technical strategy, execution, and delivery of large-scale AD programs.
• Define objectives, success criteria, and delivery plans at program level.
• Lead cross-functional teams across AD stack, platform, validation, and vehicle deployment.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation with executive visibility.
• Drive platform readiness and successful production deployment.
