Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in relevant equipment implementation.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of managing engineering direct reports.
• 1+ years of financial reporting including capital projects.
• Experience with automated distribution center projects preferred.
• Data analysis using Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ops and solution design teams on equipment types, rates, productivity, cost, and layout.
• Lead on-site teams across multiple project sites and travel as required.
• Manage vendors to meet schedule, functionality, rate, and quality; lead equipment testing.
• Oversee data analysis, business case development, cost estimating, and warehouse control systems.
• Coordinate with other DHL functions to deliver results to the customer.
• Train site engineers and develop automation talent.
