Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide vision and leadership for New Trier’s athletic program.
Supervise and evaluate athletic staff and coaches.
Ensure safety, equity, and compliance with IHSA and district policies.
Collaborate with students, coaches, administrators, and families to support student-athlete development.
Develop and implement long-range plans for facilities, staffing, and budget.
