Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead the development of engagement and solicitation strategies for qualified major gift prospects (between $100,000 and $5,000,000).
• Collaborate with Athletics and Development colleagues to increase philanthropic support for athletics priorities.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive prospecting plan for alumni and friends, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of engagement and solicitation strategies for qualified major gift prospects (between $100,000 and $5,000,000).
• Work closely with the Director of Athletics and SAAD to increase philanthropic support for Athletics funding priorities.
• Collaborate with other development officers and university leaders to develop multi-interest proposals and expand outreach.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive prospecting plan for alumni and friends, including identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major gift donors.
