Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to recreation, parks, or administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising personnel and volunteers in a public program setting.
• Strong budget development and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee development and implementation of athletic and recreation programs.
• Plan, supervise, and evaluate staff and volunteers; manage meetings and trainings.
• Oversee program scheduling, registrations, budgets, and on-site operations.
• Respond to public inquiries; liaise with community groups and vendors.
• Prepare reports, monitor compliance with policies, and manage invoicing.
