Google seeks a Senior Product Manager for Ads Safety to guide cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, shaping policy and product features for billions of users.

In this role, you will influence senior stakeholders, drive OKRs, and advance Google's ads safety vision in Mountain View and Los Angeles locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience in product abuse detection, anti-abuse, or trust and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Ads-wide OKR end-to-end, interacting and influencing senior executives in Ads and other functions.
• Create new policies or refine existing ones to drive outcomes of user protection across billions of users while mitigating risks for Google Ads.
• Leverage AI technologies to pioneer innovative and scalable methods for detecting and mitigating bad ads, ensuring a safe and trustworthy experience across platforms.
• Develop product features including requirements documentation, legal and privacy reviews, launch reviews, and executive reviews.
