This role focuses on enhancing the customer and agent experience while managing a team dedicated to the annuity lifecycle from application submission to policy issuance. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in annuity or life insurance operations and a track record of developing leaders and improving performance. Competitive salary range is $140,000 to $170,000 base, plus bonuses and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of experience within annuity or life insurance operations, with direct exposure to new business.
• Proven track record of developing people leaders and improving team performance over time.
• Strong understanding of the annuity new business and policy issuance lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end annuity new business lifecycle, including intake, case management, underwriting coordination, and contract issuance.
• Drive performance across service levels, quality, cycle time, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and scale operations as the business grows.
