St. Catherine’s School seeks a Director of The St. Catherine’s Fund to grow its Annual Giving program. You will work with faculty, staff, and volunteers to implement multi-channel strategies, manage leadership prospects, and steward donors and volunteers.

You will oversee Give Day, coordinate online giving, and compile reports to inform strategy, while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating across the Development team.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Background in managing an Annual Giving program.
• Experience with volunteer management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience using Raiser's Edge, RE NXT, and GiveCampus preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with development colleagues, administrators, faculty/staff, alumnae and volunteers to implement giving strategies.
• Manage a multi-channel Annual Giving strategy (direct marketing, social media, print and email).
• Manage a portfolio of leadership prospects for The St. Catherine’s Fund.
• Oversee St. Catherine’s Give Day and online giving platform.
• Coordinate volunteer identification, recruitment, training, and stewardship.
• Enter gifts into Raiser's Edge when needed and steward donors and volunteers.
• Run reports and analyze data to grow the fund.
• Support major school events and occasionally work nights/weekends.
• Assist in Annual Report process and maintain confidentiality.
