Job summary

St. Catherine’s School in Richmond, VA seeks a Director of The St. Catherine’s Fund to grow the School’s Annual Giving program.

This salaried, exempt, full-time, 12-month role reports to the Director of Development and collaborates with faculty, staff, and volunteers. Key duties include leading multi-channel campaigns, managing leadership donor portfolios, giving day operations, and serving as the main contact for the online giving platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing an Annual Giving program.
• Experience with volunteer management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience using Raiser's Edge, RE NXT, and GiveCampus preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development colleagues, administrators, faculty, and volunteers on giving strategies.
• Manage multi-channel Annual Giving campaigns (direct marketing, social media, print and email).
• Manage leadership donor portfolios for The St. Catherine’s Fund.
• Oversee St. Catherine’s Give Day.
• Serve as contact for online giving platform.
• Identify, recruit, train volunteers and coordinate telethons and activities.
• Manage stewardship and acknowledgement of gifts and data entry in Raiser's Edge.
• Support major events and assist in the Annual Report process.
