Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least five years of relevant experience in a development-related role in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of Raiser's Edge software.
• Proven track record managing an annual campaign.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Positive attitude, flexible approach, and ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive fundraising plan for the Annual Fund.
• Set dollars, participation, and qualitative goals for the annual giving program.
• Create and manage a calendar of multidimensional appeals across media.
• Assess program at year end and lead annual planning process.
• Build relationships with constituents and personally solicit prospects.
• Utilize Raiser's Edge to track visits and follow-up.
• Draft and coordinate annual fund letters and acknowledgments.
• Analyze results and generate reports for review.
