Aspire General Insurance Services (AGIS) is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead our analytics function and shape data-driven decision making across underwriting, pricing, claims, and customer experience.

This strategic, hands-on leader will partner with executive leadership, scale analytics capabilities, and drive measurable business impact while navigating regulatory requirements and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of analytics experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Prior auto insurance industry experience required.
• Proven success leading analytics teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations, rating compliance, and model governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute analytics strategy aligned with key business objectives.
• Lead predictive analytics, ML models, and advanced statistical solutions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts.
• Partner with IT and Data Engineering to improve data quality and governance.
• Present findings and insights to executive leadership and drive data-driven decisions.
