Job summary

Brio Water Technology, a Home Organizers, Inc. company, seeks a Director of Analytics & Revenue Operations to lead ecommerce analytics, reporting, and retailer account operations across major channels.

You will drive KPI dashboards, data quality, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize revenue and marketplace performance. The role focuses on digital shelf, POs, chargebacks, deductions, forecasting support, and marketplace insights to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; business, analytics, operations, finance, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in ecommerce operations, revenue ops, or retail analytics.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
• Experience with retailer portals (Walmart Retail Link, Home Depot Supplier Hub, Walmart Supplier Center).
• Experience with chargebacks, deductions, trade funds, and account compliance.
• Experience with Ship to Amazon workflows or related ecommerce processes.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Ecommerce, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce and commercial reporting across Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and other channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPI tracking, and data quality across ecommerce platforms.
• Oversee retailer operations portals and account health.
• Lead digital shelf execution, listing health, content quality, and product performance.
• Manage purchase orders, deductions, chargebacks, shortages, and co‑op billing.
• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional planning.
• Partner with Finance on trade fund reporting and P&L accuracy.
• Drive system integrations/workflows (Mulesoft/EDI/ERP) for ecommerce.
