We’re currently hiring for a Director or Manager of Data & Analytics to lead a high-impact team within a remote, contract-to-hire role (with a strong preference for full-time placement). This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving, resource-conscious healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small but capable analytics team (6–7 people), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while identifying meaningful areas for improvement
• Translate complex data strategies into business value for clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Oversee and evolve the organization's enterprise data strategy to support decision-making
• Navigate and modernize a hybrid data landscape, balancing legacy systems with modern platforms
• Implement data governance, improve reporting capabilities, and support system-wide performance metrics

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics leadership, particularly within mid-sized healthcare organizations
• Demonstrated success operating in resource-limited environments—you know how to get things done without massive innovation budgets
• Proven ability to manage and motivate small teams without requiring multiple layers of management
• Skilled at balancing current needs with a realistic 1–3 year roadmap—no overdesigning or long-term theorizing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support a team going through growth and transition

Technical Familiarity (Helpful, Not Hands-On):

• Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, and SQL-based environments
• Experience overseeing or transitioning from legacy platforms like Cerner (CCL)
• Understanding of ETL tools (e.g., 5tran) and data pipeline architecture
