Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of Radiology, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Care.
• Develops and administers operating and capital budgets.
• Leads strategic planning and execution with executive leadership and physicians.
• Fosters staff development, coaching and mentoring at all levels.
• Maintains accreditation efforts (ACR, JC, etc.) as a High Reliability Organization.

He/She develops and administers operating and capital budgets and performs other project work, as assigned. This position will work closely with hospital Medical Directors to ensure physician alignment and satisfaction within OhioHealth.Responsibilities And Duties:25% Daily operations Responsible for the success of overall operations of the Radiology department, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Care. Works directly with managers to ensure balanced scorecard metrics are met on a consistent basis. 24/7 responsibility for all areas of responsibility. Develops and administers operating and capital budgets, in partnership with appropriate management.25% Strategic planning and execution Responsible for development of an overall strategic plan for the Radiology, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Care. Works directly with executive leadership, physicians, leadership team and associates to recognize opportunities for growth. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors and internal customers. Develops/maintains metrics to ensure success as anticipated.25% Responsible for career development, coaching, and mentoring management and staff-level associates. Fosters and supports staff-level development.10%: System responsibilities Responsible for system initiatives as related to Radiology, Cardivascular and Respiratory Care.10%: Physician Relationships Works collaboratively with all appropriate Medical Directors to promote positive relationships with physicians. Responsive to physician concerns regarding operations and patient issues.
