Job summary

Scovai, a pioneer in Talent Acquisition & Recruiting tech, seeks a Director of AI Transformation to lead the enterprise-wide AI agenda from New York. You will own the end-to-end strategy, guiding intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI across products and operations.

You will lead a matrix of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists, drive responsible AI governance and scalable MLOps, and partner with executives to embed AI-driven decisions into the business,

Qualifications

• Proven AI deployment at scale in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience integrating HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS).
• Leading enterprise change management and learning programs.
• Strong knowledge of privacy, employment law, and AI compliance in hiring.
• Ability to build partner ecosystems and manage vendor alliances.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI transformation roadmap across enterprise.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists.
