Job summary

Versa Networks seeks a visionary Director of Product Management to own the AI Security and AI Gateway portfolio. You will define the vision, roadmap, architecture, and commercial strategy for Gen-AI security, governance, and AI workflows across global enterprises.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to GA, collaborating with UX, marketing, and sales, and act as a thought leader at AI, cybersecurity, and networking conferences worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the multi-year vision, roadmap, and strategy for Versa's AI Security and AI Gateway portfolio.
• Core Functional Ownership: Gen-AI Firewall & Runtime Defense with robust Guardrail architectures integrated into Versa Shadow AI Discovery, Control & Governance.
• Enterprise AI Gateway & Usage Management: Lead development of an AI Gateway with traffic steering, rate-limiting, and routing based on app, data classification, location, and model choice.
• AI-SPM (AI Security Posture Management): Continuous auditing, vulnerability management and misconfiguration detection across AI pipelines and endpoints.
• Agentic Security & Identity (ABOM, MCP): Security primitives for autonomous AI agents, including Agentic Identity and ABOM, and model context protocols.
• Tokenomics & Cost Observability: FinOps capabilities for AI token consumption and cost attribution.
• Packaging, Pricing & GTM: Design packaging, monetization strategies for AI Security and AI Gateway offerings.
