Novartis seeks an Executive Director to lead the Innovative Data Offerings and Data Products portfolio. This role sets the strategy, prioritization, and adoption roadmap for data products across customer, patient, commercial, and foundational domains.

You will govern standards, budgets, and operating models, while collaborating with DEO, analytics, and external vendors to maximize data asset value and business impact. Travel is 25% and some U.S. remote work is allowed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in information management, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data products, data strategy, analytics, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise data product portfolios, roadmaps, and investments.

Responsabilités

• Set the vision and roadmap for the enterprise data product portfolio.
• Oversee data products teams and offerings, align investments to strategy.
• Establish governance, funding priorities, and operating models.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, technology, and vendors to maximize value.
• Own portfolio performance, stakeholder engagement, and value realization.
• Evaluate capabilities and guide make-vs-buy decisions with vendors.
