Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Director of Product to own our flagship AI product and evolve it from an early-stage tool into a mature, high-impact solution deployed across our global client network.

You will shape a multi-product, multi-year strategy aligned to IntouchCX’s growth, mentor a high-performing team of PMs, AI Prompt Engineers, Business Analysts, UI/UX, and lead cross-functional delivery with a data-driven, agile approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
• 7+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record delivering medium-to-large software projects.
• Experience with Agile development is highly preferred.
• Data integration and reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy and design of new software products and enhancements.
• Help build and manage the multi-product road map aligned to business objectives.
• Mentor a team including AI Prompt Engineers, Product Management, Business Analysis, and UI/UX.
• Oversee design of in-house tools and third-party integrations.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Ensure evolution of IntouchCX software tools.
• Review technologies and user feedback to guide changes.
• Promote and advance IntouchCX culture.
• Define and monitor team and system metrics.
• Ensure projects and resources align to budget.
