Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director for AI Network & Data Center Engineering to guide the strategy, design, and delivery of the company’s network infrastructure for enterprise apps and AI/ML workloads. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive modern architectures, automation, security, and reliable connectivity across cloud and on‑prem environments to support scalable GPU clusters.

This role partners with cloud, platform, and cybersecurity leadership to ensure resilience and performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network and/or data center engineering.
• 5+ years in strategic leadership with people management.
• 5+ years in large scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce network architecture standards and security controls.
• Architect and implement data center fabrics and AI/GPU‑optimized networking.
• Lead 24/7 network operations across cloud and data centers.
• Mentor and grow high‑performing engineering teams.
• Collaborate with platform, cloud, and security to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Drive automation and IaC adoption in networking.
