Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience marketing for a tech company, product marketing or technology marketing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

• Develop and oversee RMS technology product marketing strategy, AI-enabled solutions, and Autonomous Logistics go-to-market plans.
• Translate complex technology into clear value propositions to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Sales to align needs and roadmaps; strengthen sales enablement.
• Lead storytelling across products, platforms, services, and emerging technologies with consistent messaging.
• Advise senior leaders on market trends, AI innovation, and growth opportunities to strengthen differentiation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; leverage insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and investments.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across technical, product, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing organization.
