You will own RMS technology marketing, collaborate with product, technology, and sales leaders, and guide messaging, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to achieve category leadership. The role requires strong strategic thinking, executive-level communication, and a proven track record in enterprise technology marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• 8+ years of experience marketing for a tech company, product marketing or technology marketing.
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex technology or AI-driven solutions into market-facing value propositions that drive growth.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for RMS technology products, AI-enabled solutions, automation capabilities, and Autonomous Logistics offerings.
• Translate complex technology, AI, and managed solutions capabilities into compelling value propositions, positioning, messaging, and market narratives.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Sales leaders to align customer needs and solution strategies.
• Lead solution-level storytelling across products, platforms, services, and emerging technologies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on market trends and growth opportunities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and investments.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across technical, product, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing organization.
