Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 8 years of experience marketing for a tech company, product marketing or technology marketing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex technology or AI-driven solutions into market-facing value propositions that drive growth.
• Ability to travel up to 15%

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the marketing vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for RMS technology products and AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate complex technology into compelling customer value propositions and market narratives.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Sales to align roadmaps and enablement.
• Lead solution-level storytelling across products, platforms, and services, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Advise senior leaders on market trends, AI innovation, and growth opportunities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs using insights to optimize marketing impact.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to align strategy and execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing organization.
