Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business strategy, business development, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in business strategy, finance, analytics or related field.
• 8+ years in strategy, business development, corporate development, management consulting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and drive AI development opportunities across the HGS BU.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, processes, workflows, and escalation protocols for quality execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on AI initiatives impacting financial performance and customer experience.
