Cencora's Health Systems and Government Services (HGS) unit seeks a Director of AI Initiatives to lead identification, prioritization and execution of AI opportunities across the BU. You will shape policy, processes, workflows and escalation protocols to ensure high-quality execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance, operations, and customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in strategy, business development, corporate development, management consulting, or related field.
• Experience in regulated and complex environments.
• Experience leading and governing cross-functional decision-making forums to drive timely, documented outcomes.
• Ability to negotiate priorities and align stakeholders on plans, sequencing, and outcomes.
• Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured analyses, options, and recommendations.
