Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Director of AI Initiatives within the Health Systems and Government Services (HGS) Business Unit.

This role leads identification and prioritization of AI opportunities, shaping policies and processes to ensure high-quality execution and strong financial and customer outcomes. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions to drive strategic initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics, modeling, and forecasting to optimize capacity, cost, and value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business strategy, business development, corporate strategy, finance, data analytics, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred in the same fields.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, management consulting, or related field.
• Proven acumen in regulated and complex environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional decision-making forums to drive outcomes.
• Ability to negotiate priorities and align stakeholders on plans.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Able to apply advanced analytics, modeling, and forecasting to inform capacity, cost and value decisions.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses, options, and recommendations.
