You will drive developer engagement, produce practical guides and demos, and foster an active ecosystem where developers and their agents rely on Redis as core infrastructure.

The role focuses on field advocacy, content creation, and community growth, shaping credibility and adoption among developers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a developer relations or developer marketing function at a tech company.
• Proven track record producing developer content (guides, demos, references).
• Fluency with signup metrics, sentiment, third‑party validation and related signals.
• Network within the AI-builder ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Advocacy in the field: events, hackathons, speaking, workshops.
• Content engineering: guides, demos, reference implementations.
• Community: engage developers on Reddit, Stack Overflow, Discord, Slack.
• Agent recommendation: influence whether Redis is chosen by agents.
• Developer sign-ups: grow the top of funnel for Redis developers.
• Developer sentiment: monitor community feedback across channels.
• Third‑party validation: cultivate external advocates and content.
