• Five years of related experience in an educational setting.
• Preferred: five years in program development in higher education, including grant funded programs.

• Provide strategic oversight for the SIP initiative and institute-wide program development.
• Coordinate implementation across multiple divisions and foster innovation.
• Ensure grant objectives are achieved and sustain positive impact on student success and institutional effectiveness.
