Responsibilities

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Accountable for decisions influencing teams’ resources, budget and operations.
• Sets direction and governance for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/ADLC automation.
• Applies tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain and AI-assisted development.
• Governance of coding decisions, cost of ownership and portfolio operations.
• Delivers technical solutions usable across multiple businesses and domains.
• Leads and mentors technologists and supports hiring for deep technical roles.
