Attentive is seeking a senior product leader to define and ship the autonomous Marketing Agent, guiding AI/ML-powered experiences for enterprise brands. Based in New York, you will partner with engineering, research, design, and customers to shape strategy and execution.

This hybrid role requires 10+ years in product leadership, strong judgment, and ability to turn ambitious opportunities into concrete plans that drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or a related leadership role, with substantial ownership of AI/ML-powered products.
• Proven track record shipping AI/ML products that translate tech to business value.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 products in uncertain environments; agents or applied generative AI is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Define the product thesis, strategy, and north-star outcomes for the autonomous Marketing Agent.
• Collaborate with customers and experts to map current marketing decision processes and automation opportunities.
• Turn ambitious opportunities into focused plans covering problems, principles, roadmap, sequencing, and investments.
• Own end-to-end agent experience and operating loop including goals, actions, results, and learning.
• Partner with engineering and AI/ML teams on model strategy, data, feedback, and platform foundations.
• Create a rigorous evaluation system with metrics, experiments, and failure analysis.
• Lead across boundaries, clarify ownership, and align stakeholders to avoid bottlenecks.
