You will oversee AI/ML platforms, distributed systems, and optimization engines, balancing production reliability with business impact. A strong emphasis on leadership and talent development is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large engineering orgs.
• Experience with AI-native leadership in logistics.
• Deep background in optimization, ML, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI & Platform Vision and drive strategy.
• Architect real-time decision engines for large-scale logistics.
• Build production-grade ML with robust serving infra and feature stores.
• Scale high-throughput infrastructure to handle millions of requests.
