Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years in process improvement in R&D, supply chain, or PM.
• Experience with data analytics and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and deconstruct current product development processes to improve speed.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Develop strategies leveraging emerging technologies to streamline operations.
• Use data analytics and AI to drive insights and decisions.
• Lead initiatives to optimize processes impacting development and lifecycle maintenance.
• Foster a culture of innovation and share best practices across the org.
• Monitor industry trends to identify AI applications in R&D.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership with recommendations.
• Counsel R&D leadership on opportunity spaces.
