Compa Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Customer Success to build and lead a team that delivers lasting value from our AI-forward compensation platform for enterprise customers. You will set strategy for support, retention, and growth at scale, collaborating with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and compensation experts.

You will design an AI-first CS motion, own key metrics, and partner across functions to drive net revenue retention and customer outcomes for Fortune 500 clients.

Formación

• 6+ years in customer success with at least 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience in a SaaS or AI technology company.
• Experience with enterprise and Fortune 500 customers.
• Experience using AI and automation to drive efficiency and outcomes.
• Experience hiring, developing, and scaling a CS team.
• Experience handling customer escalations and complex issues.
• Experience building and implementing CS playbooks and playbooks.
• A data-informed approach to decision‑making.

Responsabilidades

• Design the CS operating mode including segmentation, coverage, roles, and handoffs.
• Own net revenue retention, gross retention, adoption, and expansion metrics.
• Define efficiency metrics and set targets for improvement as the company grows.
• Build relationships with senior leaders at enterprise accounts.
• Design an AI-first CS motion to automate routine work.
• Select and own the CS tooling stack and create workflows that surface risk early.
• Hire, coach, and develop CS staff; stay hands-on on escalations.
