HERE Technologies is seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture to shape the AI and enterprise architectural strategy across cloud platforms, developer enablement, and shared services. You will lead a team of Enterprise Architects, partner with Solution and Software Architects, and drive governance and cost-efficient design.

The role emphasizes defining reference architectures, governance for AI/GenAI lifecycles, and ensuring production-ready, observable systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience leading AI transformation in Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, distributed systems, DevOps, and platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Enterprise Architecture team.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and roadmaps.
• Oversee AI/GenAI lifecycle, governance, and security practices.
• Partner with engineering, security, and data teams to ensure compliance.
