Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Delivery Leader to guide cross-functional engineering teams in building modern Retail Front Store technology strategies. You will prioritize initiatives, drive accelerated delivery, and shape programs across multiple teams to deliver high-impact enterprise outcomes.

The leader will partner with architecture, product, and PMO to align roadmaps, measure KPIs, and ensure successful execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technology program delivery or software engineering programs.
• 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO to influence product development.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across cross-functional software teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store value streams.
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Oversee end-to-end program plans and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Define metrics to measure business outcomes and success.
