Job summary

Newmark in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to guide multiple high-performing teams across full-stack, data, and AI initiatives. You will own delivery, quality, reliability, and platform health while shaping technical strategy and roadmaps.

You will hire, mentor, and evaluate engineers, enforce architecture and DevOps practices, collaborate with product and business leadership, and drive responsible use of AI tools. Competitive compensation and growth await.

Qualifications

12+ years of software or data engineering experience.
4+ years directly managing engineering teams.
Proven track record building and retaining high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
Experience with agentic AI and LLM-powered systems is preferred.
