Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Director, Enterprise Capabilities Architect to lead Digital Transformation, AI, and Data initiatives. You will guide strategy through execution, shaping offerings, architectures, and technical approaches to win contracts and enable mission outcomes.

Collaborating with capture teams, sector CTOs, and SMEs, you will translate AI/data concepts into winning narratives, drive differentiated service offerings, and stay ahead of federal market dynamics to strengthen Peraton's

Qualifications

16+ years of industry experience.
Deep expertise in AI/ML platform architecture with model development, training, and deployment pipelines.
Experience designing modern data platforms (data lakes, data mesh, data fabric) with data governance and quality.
Experience with MLOps and AI lifecycle management in federal contexts.
Knowledge of DMBoK, DCAM, FAIR, and COBIT frameworks.
Experience with API-first and microservices architectures in digital transformation.
Ability to translate AI/Data concepts into compelling narratives for capture and leadership.
Experience supporting federal customers in a contractor environment and competitive bids.

Responsibilities

Lead the Enterprise Capabilities and Solutions portfolio for Digital Modernization, AI, and Data from strategy through execution.
Shape Digital Transformation and AI/Data solutions from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
Develop discriminators, solution narratives, and competitive positioning materials.
Design scalable digital transformation and AI/Data service offerings and architectures for federal pursuits.
Evolve the portfolio by analyzing capability gaps and market trends to identify differentiators.
Author white papers and solution artifacts to support customer engagement and capture efforts.
Collaborate with sector teams to translate market opportunities into differentiated offerings.
Drive service design with sales assets, cost models, and solution guides for go-to-market success.
Present architectures and roadmaps to customers, capture teams, and leadership with confidence.
Engage with customers, industry partners, and vendors to stay ahead of AI policy and market dynamics.
