Qualifications

• 16+ years of industry experience.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML platform architecture and deployment pipelines.
• Experience designing modern data platform architectures (data lakes, data mesh, data fabric).
• Experience with MLOps and AI lifecycle management in federal contexts.
• Knowledge of DMBoK, DCAM, FAIR, and COBIT frameworks.
• Experience with legacy modernization and API-first architectures.
• Ability to translate complex AI/data concepts into compelling narratives for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Capabilities and Solutions Portfolio for Digital Modernization, AI, and Data from strategy through execution.
• Shape Digital Transformation and AI/Data solutions from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
• Develop discriminators, solution narratives, and materials for capture and competitive positioning.
• Design scalable, reusable digital transformation and AI/Data service offerings and frameworks.
• Evolve the portfolio by analyzing capability gaps, tech readiness, and market trends.
• Author white papers and solution artifacts to support customer engagements.
• Translate market opportunities into differentiated service offerings with stakeholders.
• Drive architecture of services with sales assets, cost models, and guides for teams.
