Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related STEM field.
• 6+ years software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, with TypeScript for AI integrations.
• Experience with generative AI applications and runtimes.
• Experience with agentic runtimes and harness platforms.
• Cloud delivery stack: AWS and/or Azure, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong ability to translate complex tech to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade harness capabilities for AI deployments.
• Drive architecture and system design for agentic components across teams.
• Align teams to enterprise standards for source code management, testing, and CI/CD.
• Advance test automation and raise the quality bar for harnesses and systems.
• Apply systems thinking to cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Mentor engineers and contribute reusable capabilities.
• Engage stakeholders and translate technical direction into business terms.
• Participate in cross-organizational engineering events and forums.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
