Qualifications

• PhD in AI/ML or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML in biotech/pharma or academia.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflow orchestration.
• Experience with AI for Science tools and platforms in biology (e.g., Owkin K-Pro, PandaOmics).
• Familiarity with biological foundation models and multi-omics data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of first‑generation agentic bioinformatics workflows for end-to-end data capture, analysis and insight generation across programs.
• Drive the transition from reactive data analysis to proactive, predictive autonomous biological reasoning systems.
• Advance target discovery using multi‑modal data including genetics, genomics, single‑cell and clinical datasets.
• Provide strategic direction across Sanofi’s priority areas and translate discoveries into validation strategies.
