Job summary

Premier Property Solutions seeks a Director of Growth to lead the full agent journey, from recruiting through onboarding, mentorship, development, and long-term retention.

The role builds the people-development engine, identifying top talent, scaling systems, and strengthening culture. Collaborative work with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and leadership is essential; a hybrid setup is expected in North and South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in North Carolina.
• South Carolina license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• 5+ years of real estate or sales experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, mentoring, managing, or leading people.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract and recruit agents, build a pipeline of talent, and manage communication with candidates.
• Oversee agent launch experience, provide onboarding and milestone-based development.
• Design and oversee a formal mentorship program for NC and SC agents.
• Support retention through career development, goal-setting, and leadership pathways.
• Develop scalable growth strategies and ensure a strong agent value proposition.
